Absolute Homebrew,
Blue Mountains Brewing Supplies
Blue Mountains Brewing Supplies at Faulconbridge NSW opened in March 2003, and Absolute Homebrew at St Marys opened three years later in March 2006.
Because we are independent, the advice we offer is impartial. We do not carry the flag for one manufacturer or another, nor do we push a house brand. Because each customer is individual, we listen to what you want and tailor our advice to suit you.
We stock an extensive selection of beer kits including Black Rock, Cascade, Coopers, Morgans, ESB, Muntons and Brewer’s Selection wort kits, all up more than 80 varieties of homebrew kits. We also stock a wide range of hops and grain; we are the grain brewing specialists for Western Sydney. We also supply general homebrewing equipment and accessories.
We carry an extensive range of kegging and dispensing equipment and spare parts, including My Keg on Legs carbon dioxide cylinders.
Our range of spirit and liqueur essences is one of the widest in Sydney; we carry Still Spirits, Samuel Willards, Edwards, Prestige, and the Gold Medal range including the very popular Bodine’s Bourbon.
So let us help you for all your homebrewing needs. If there is something you want and you don’t see it in our catalogue then contact us and we will try to get it for you.

Brewing blog
Check out the brewing blog - the link is at the top of the page. I’m brewing pretty much every Sunday at Faulconbridge, so it’s all getting blogged. Some of the beers are for Faulconbridge, some for St Marys and some for home. If you have any questions about the beers or methods etc then post one in the comments.
Brewing demonstration
The next demonstration is on Sunday November 2 at the Faulconbridge shop from 10 am. It will be a short all grain method.
So best regards and good brewing,
Pat Casey
