Absolute Homebrew

Absolute Homebrew has two shops, one at St Marys in Western Sydney and the original shop at Faulconbridge in the lower Blue Mountains.

Because Absolute Homebrew is independent we give the best advice to suit you and what you want. We are not tied to any particular manufacturer, nor do we have a house brand to push. The beverages you produce are our marketing, we want them to be the best possible.

Gluten free beer kits
Gluten free beer kits are now in stock for $56.00. These kits use sorghum malt extract for a real beer taste. Three varieties are available: Australian Pale Ale, Cascade Honey Pale Ale, and English Bitter. We can also help you to design your own recipes.

Package deals Whether you want to start yourself, or are looking for a gift then we can help with a variety of package deals. We supply starter packages for beer, and spirits and liqueurs. We also supply package deals for kegged and draught beer.

Beer: We carry over 80 varieties of homebrew beer concentrate kits including Black Rock, Cascade, Coopers, ESB, Morgans, Muntons and the Brewer’s Selection wort kits.

Absolute Homebrew specialises in grain brewing. At the St Marys shop we carry over 35 varieties of malted barley and other grains, plus a wide selection of hops as well as an increasing amount of grain brewing equipment. We import Wyeast liquid yeasts directly from the USA. The next pre-order closes on Monday June 1 at 6 pm.

We also carry an extensive range of kegging and dispensing equipment and spare parts, including My Keg on Legs carbon dioxide cylinders. We supply a variety of keg system packages.

Spirit and liqueur essences: Our range is one of the biggest in Sydney. We stock Still Spirits, Samuel Willards, Edwards, Prestige, and the Gold Medal range including the very popular Bodine’s Bourbon. We also supply all the equipment to suit.
