Absolute Homebrew is at Shop 7, the rear of 40 Phillip St, St Marys in Western Sydney.

Faulconbridge is closed

The Faulconbridge shop is now closed. The last day was Sunday August 16, a rather pleasant day of drinks and nibbles although a little sad. We would like to thank all the Faulconbridge customers for their support over the last six and a half years.

We look forward to seeing you at the St Marys shop. If this is not feasible please contact us on (02) 9833-0555 as we have now started home deliveries in the Mountains.

The reason we closed the shop was to allow me to work on a brewery start-up. Your support is making the brewery possible, thank you once again.

Australia Day

I will be closed on Tuesday January 26.

Package deals Whether you want to start yourself, or are looking for a gift then we can help with a variety of package deals. We supply starter packages for beer, and spirits and liqueurs. We also supply package deals for kegged and draught beer.

Beer: We carry over 80 varieties of homebrew beer concentrate kits including Black Rock, Cascade, Coopers, ESB, Morgans, Muntons and the Brewer’s Selection wort kits.

Absolute Homebrew specialises in grain brewing. At the St Marys shop we carry over 45 varieties of malted barley and other grains, plus a wide selection of hops as well as an increasing amount of grain brewing equipment. We import Wyeast liquid yeasts directly from the USA.

We also carry an extensive range of kegging and dispensing equipment and spare parts, including My Keg on Legs carbon dioxide cylinders. We supply a variety of keg system packages.

Spirit and liqueur essences: Our range is one of the biggest in Sydney. We stock Still Spirits, Samuel Willards, Edwards, Prestige, and the Gold Medal range including the very popular Bodine’s Bourbon. We also supply all the equipment to suit.
