Wyeast liquid yeasts
We import Wyeast liquid yeast directly from the USA each month. To ensure you get the yeast you want and in the best possible condition we have set up a pre-order page.
It’s quite simple. Go to the Wyeast pre-order page. Select the yeast you want and pre-pay. By prepaying you will get a $2.50 discount. You will pay $13.00 instead of the off the shelf price of $15.50. More importantly you will get the exact strain you want instead of having to take pot luck on what is available.
Orders close at 6 pm on the last Monday of the month. The yeast arrives the second Thursday afterwards - ten days. We will email you when the yeast has arrived so you can either come in and pick it up at either St Marys or Faulconbridge, or you can have it posted to you.
Orders for this month close early because of the Australia Day holiday. They close at 6pm, Saturday January 23. Here is the Wyeast pre-ordering page.
The yeast will be packaged in Wyeast’s 125 ml Activator packs.

Absolute Homebrew is now stocking up on a range of grain brewing equipment. We now carry 46 litre eskys available as is, with a ball valve or with a ball valve and false bottom. We now also have 45 litre stock pots with a ball valve fitted as well as stainless steel braid and 2400 watt immersion elements, plus an increasing variety of bits and pieces.
