Oztops kit

Simply ingenious – turn any fruit juice into a sparkling fruit wine. Each kit includes 2 vials of yeast and a selection of special caps. Add a small amount of yeast to a bottle of fruit juice, fit one of the Oztops caps, and leave to ferment. The Oztops caps act like a pressure relief valve, they let excess carbon dioxide escape but keep enough in the drink to carbonate it. You can have sparkling alcoholic fruit wines ready to drink in several days. All you need is a preservative free fruit juice – nothing else is required. The caps are reusable, and kit comes with enough yeast to ferment 50 litres of juice.
