The next brewing demonstration is at Absolute Homebrew St Marys on Saturday August 28, 2010 starting at 12:30 pm.
The demonstration will be a half grain half extract brew using about 2.5 kg of grain with either a 1.7 kg concentrate can, or a 1.5 kg tin of unhopped malt extract as a base. It will depend on the style.
The demonstration will run for about two and a half hours. It is free but please phone, (02) 9833-0555, if you are interested in coming so I can get an idea of numbers.
